Karachi police have claimed to have arrested seven people, including the ‘main suspect’ in the gang rape of a little girl in a flood-affected family.

A flood victim was allegedly gang-raped by two unidentified people in Karachi’s Clifton area. A little girl who lives at a flood relief camp was abducted from outside a shopping mall at Karachi’s Clifton Block 4.
The girl was later found in flooding at the same location at 2 p.m. She was later transferred to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) after her health deteriorated. The doctor confirmed that she was ‘gang raped’.

While the police cited the victim It said two identifiable individuals abducted a young girl and sexually raped her. A hospital source told ARY News the girl was eight or nine.
meanwhile The police surgeon’s office also confirmed that the woman had been gang-raped. “A complete physical examination of the victim is underway,” the police surgeon said. He added that the girl also contracted a fungal infection due to flooding.
