Islamabad: A spokesman for the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has responded to allegations made by Pakistan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan against the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) and the commission, ARY News reported. on thursday
An ECP spokesman denied Imran Khan’s allegations and said the PTI chief had raised groundless allegations against the Commission and the CEC.ECP Responds to Imran Khan Allegations
The spokesman said the Toshakhana case is currently in open court while the institution will not put any pressure on it while performing its constitutional and legal duties.

Earlier, PTI chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan opposed the procedure for appointing the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC), the chairman of the National Accountability Office (NAB) and the establishment of a supervisory government.
PTI Chairman reiterated that CEC Sikandar Sultan Raja made some decisions. “We will be successful in the elections in spite of with electoral arrangements.”ECP Responds to Imran Khan Allegations.
“The PML-N audio leak reveals a connection between the CEC and the government. There is no reason left to keep this CEC and he should resign.”

“The CEC sat has completed its demarcation with the support of PML-N. I have never had a meeting with the CEC and Judge Qazi Faez Isa. I am afraid to be sent to prison because of the expected reaction if I appear before the CEC.”
Imran Khan talking to reporters about the Election Commission Claiming that he was aware of the ongoing efforts to disqualify him, he said the PTI would get a clear majority in the next election.
“Attempts to steal elections continue once again. They will have to use a big plan to hold this election. This will disrupt the entire electoral system,” the politician said.
