ISLAMABAD: The Asian Development Bank has announced to give 2.5 billion dollars to Pakistan for flood relief support.

ADB Country Director Yong Yee made the announcement after a meeting with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, a statement from the Ministry of Finance said.

According to the Ministry of Finance, one tenth of five billion dollars will be given in the form of building resilience with active counter-cyclical expenditure.
The decision will be taken this month after the approval of the A Day B board.
