Angelina Jolie details what she described as inappropriate behavior by ex-husband Brad. Pitt, in a court filing on Tuesday. This resulted in a legal battle over a French winery told by a former couple. and revealed new details about the dissolution of the couple’s marriage.
The filing in Los Angeles court accuses Pitt of trying to condition the sale of her stake in Jolie’s winery in a nondisclosure agreement that would prevent her from discussing it.(Angelina Jolie accuses ex-husband Brad Pitt) public that “Pitt’s physical and emotional abuse against her and their children.”
Jolie’s indictment recounts an incident during a private flight in September 2016 that Pitt alleges. Pitt Young ‘caught Jolie on the head and shaken her’ before ‘pushing her into the bathroom wall’, Pitt Young ‘choking and hitting another child’, the plaintiff claims.
Pitt’s lawyers did not immediately respond to questions on Tuesday.
The filing goes against Pitt in a lawsuit he filed against Jolie and her former company in February, claiming that the September 2021 sale of shares in Jolie’s Chateau Miraval winery to an international beverage company was illegal. Because both agreed that they would never sell their interests without the consent of the other.
